Moussaka Recipe

 Moussaka :

Greek moussaka is without a doubt the nation's favorite traditional dish. You'll feel a lot of pressure to find a family or bar that you don't work for special celebrations!  Traditional Greek eggplant casserole known as moussaka is made with potatoes, tomatoes, and meat that has been baked or fried. Or a creamy bechamel sauce served over a dish of minced lamb. So food is the greatest kind of comfort.  Italians get the identical lasagna. This traditional Greek dish requires some time to put together but is well worth the effort. It is made up of a rich tomato meat sauce with a layer of eggplant instead of pasta leaves and is covered with a thick layer of bechamel sauce.
